After your order is placed, you can expect it to ship within 48 business hours.

How much is shipping? 

We use USPS Priority for all our shipping needs. One item can be shipped for $3.00. Two can be shipped for $6.00. Any orders over 2 products are shipped in USPS Flat Rate boxes. Why is Lorelei Naturals soap better than store brand soap or body wash?

Commercial soaps are mostly made with cheap and synthetic ingredients. Most have sodium tallowate (beef or sheep fat) as their oil base. We never use animal fat in our products. Also, our ingredients are hand selected for quality and each batch is made by hand in small batches, to ensure quality and purity in each bar. Body wash is not soap - it is synthetic detergent!

Can I use it to wash my face?

YES! Please do. Our soap is very mild and gentle.

 How long does each bar last?

That depends on how much you use it. One bar will generally last about 2-3 weeks if only one person is using it, once a day. Also, it is important to keep your soap dry when it's not in use. Natural soaps do not contain synthetic hardeners, so they do melt away, or turn to mush, if left in a puddle of water.

 Do you use fragrance oils or essential oils?

Both. We only use the highest quality, skin safe fragrance oils in our products, and only when necessary. If essential oil can be used to obtain the scent, we will use that instead of a fragrance oil.

 Will your soaps help me with my dry skin problems?

All our soaps are good for dry skin! Nearly everyone that uses commercial soaps has dry skin. All of our soaps are made with a skin quenching combination of olive oil, coconut oil & shea butter.

I have oily / acne prone skin. What is a good soap for me?

Our Pore Cleanser bar is perfect for oily & acne prone skin. It contains a unique combination of green clay & tea tree essential oil. Green clay removes oils & impurities, while tea tree essential oil reduces acne.

I have extremely sensitive skin. Do you have a soap I can use?

We suggest trying our No Nonsense bar. It contains no colors or fragrances. It is a goat’s milk soap, and is the mildest, most gentle soap we make.

 Do you take checks or money orders?

Yes, we accept personal checks & money orders. Simply choose the “Money Order / Check” option during checkout. Then, mail your payment to the address given. You will get a notification when your payment arrives and when your order ships out.
